Applications are now being
accepted from high school and college students from across the United States to
join with the American Ambassadors Marching Band to represent the USA in
the annual Rome New Year’s Day Processional March Parade. The deadline to register is September 1, 2025.
Selected members will
depart from their local international airport and fly to Rome, Italy on
December 27, 2025. You’ll spend six (6)
nights in Italy where you’ll visit some of the most famous attractions in
Florence, Pisa, Siena, Pompeii and Rome.
You’ll enjoy a guided walking tour of Rome with admission to the Vatican
Museums and the Sistine Chapel plus a photo stop at the famous Colesseum.
The American
Ambassadors Marching Band will perform in the Montecatini Town Square for
hundreds of local residents plus do a feature performance at the Rome Christmas
World Fair. The highlight of the
performances will be the participation on January 1, 2026 in the Rome New
Year’s Day Processional March Parade.
The band will march from the Piazza John XXIII Plaza to St.
Peter’s Square where you’ll perform in front of a crowd of over 100,000
prior to and following the Pope’s New Year’s Day Blessing.

cost of airfare is not included in the above package. Our staff will work with
each participant to book the roundtrip airfare from the selected international
airport or you are welcome to book your own flights. We will provide you with
the detailed information so you know the best times to arrive in Rome. Regardless
of whether we book the flights for you or if you book your own, our staff will
be at the Rome International Airport to meet all members upon arrival on
January 28, 2025 and provide transfer to the hotel.
