EXCITING NEWS

Dancer Singer Children Dancing

As parents, we are always looking for activities for our children that will broaden their horizon and provide rewarding and educational experiences. For those children that are involved in singing or dance, there are many opportunities offered in our local communities for them to showcase their talents. But it is very rare that an opportunity comes along where they can perform for people from all over the country and at the same time, experience the thrill of travel with their family and have the chance to meet hundreds of other students with their same interests.

The Rising Star Youth Vocal and Dance Competition had its origins in Nashville as part of the annual “CMA Country Music Festival”, with the winners performing as part of this renowned festival. It expanded to Broadway in New York City with winners participating in the production of “Wicked”. We are excited to announce that the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines Grandeur of the Seas will host the 2017 Rising Star Youth Vocal and Dance Competition on it’s July 22, 2017 five night cruise to Bermuda.

We invite you to make this a family vacation where you and your family can experience a wonderful cruise on one of Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines most popular ships, visit the beautiful country of Bermuda, enjoy delectable food 24 hours a day in addition to all of the award winning entertainment that the Grandeur of the Seas offers. And most importantly, provide your daughter or son with the opportunity to perform in front of renowned judges, compete with other students with their same interests and possibly have the opportunity to perform in the main theater onboard the ship for an audience of over 2,000 shipboard guests from all over the USA and the world. We are honored to be able to offer this opportunity and look forward to welcoming you and your family to participate in this event.
